August 30, 2019 Breakfast

  • One cup of Kefir with
    • One banana
    • Four strawberries (approximately)
    • One Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
  • Three pieces of bacon
  • One piece of multi bread toast

Did 17 hours and 13 minutes of intermittent fasting. No hunger right up until the last half an hour. I need to work on eating slower and actually chewing my food before I swallow it.
