Way to much snacking, especially on the sweet stuff. Husband made the cupcakes and they keep calling me.

  • 2 cupcakes
  • 1 paleovalley meat sticks
  • 1 piece of string cheese
  • handful of grapes

Sept 2, 2019 Supper

 

  • 1 1/2 hamburgers
  • 2 hot dogs
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 corn tortilla
  • 1 scoop ice cream
  • 2 fig newtons

Really didn't need that 2nd hamburger, but it was really good

September 2, 2019 Intermittent Fasting 16 hours and 45 minutes

  • Two eggs
  • Two pieces of bacon
  • Swiss chard with radishes
  • One piece of 3 grain toast
  • One T butter

August 30, 2019 Snacks

  • One granola bar
  • One jalapeño meat steak
  • One yodel
  • One cookie

Need to pick up something better to eat than yodels tomorrow when I go shopping. Adding olives and string cheese to my shopping list would be a good start. Today is over, I will do better tomorrow.

Thanks for the great reminder that the old saying is still true.
