September 4, 2019 Supper

  • 1 small bowl of beef ramen
  • 1 16oz coffee bubble tea
  • 1 rice paper shrimp roll

Beef ramen was good, the small size was more than enough. Good to get caught up to date with Tad. I enjoy our weekly dinners out most of the time.

Way to much snacking, especially on the sweet stuff. Husband made the cupcakes and they keep calling me.

  • 2 cupcakes
  • 1 paleovalley meat sticks
  • 1 piece of string cheese
  • handful of grapes

Sept 2, 2019 Supper


  • 1 1/2 hamburgers
  • 2 hot dogs
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 corn tortilla
  • 1 scoop ice cream
  • 2 fig newtons

Really didn't need that 2nd hamburger, but it was really good

September 2, 2019 Intermittent Fasting 16 hours and 45 minutes

  • Two eggs
  • Two pieces of bacon
  • Swiss chard with radishes
  • One piece of 3 grain toast
  • One T butter

August 30, 2019 Snacks

  • One granola bar
  • One jalapeño meat steak
  • One yodel
  • One cookie

Need to pick up something better to eat than yodels tomorrow when I go shopping. Adding olives and string cheese to my shopping list would be a good start. Today is over, I will do better tomorrow.

August 30, 2019 Breakfast

  • One cup of Kefir with
    • One banana
    • Four strawberries (approximately)
    • One Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
  • Three pieces of bacon
  • One piece of multi bread toast

Did 17 hours and 13 minutes of intermittent fasting. No hunger right up until the last half an hour. I need to work on eating slower and actually chewing my food before I swallow it.
