Intermittent Fasting: 17 hours 26 minutes
Yes I really didn't need to eat both the pasta and the toast, but as usual want over ruled need. Normally I break my fast around 10:30 AM, but because of a later dinner the night before I did not break it until 11:30. Although the number of hours are the same as usual I think because I was awake for a longer part of it I found it to be harder
Did 17 hours and 28 minutes of Intermittent fasting. Did not feel hungry until it was time to break my fast
I ate more carbs yesterday than I normally would. I think this made it harder to do the full 17 hours of fasting. I am very proud that I made it the full 17 hours. It will be interesting to see how it is tommorow after a day of eating less carby snacks.
- 1 bag Barbeque Whole Roasted Cricket
- 1 bag Takis Fuego
- 1 1/2 scoop of ice cream
- 2 chocolate chip cookies
- 3 large strawberries
Should not have eaten the Takis Fuego, stomach rebeled in the middle of the night, heartburn city. I know that tortilla chips don't agree with my stomach, so why do I buy them. I need to remember how I feel in the middle of the night after eating these chips when I have the urge to buy them.
